Obituary For Wesley Brown

Retired Colonel Wesley Brown, age eighty-three, departed this life and entered into eternal rest Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at his residence in Person County. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland April 3, 1941 to the late Jacob and Emma Rhoades Brown, made his home in Person County and was a Retired Air Force Colonel.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, Nelson Brooks; and eight siblings.
He leaves to cherish precious memories, his wife, Angeline Brown of the home; children: Josie Jones (Christoper) of Atlanta, Georgia, Wesley Richard Brown (Sati) of Baltimore, Maryland, Renee` Brown (Brian) of Boones Mill, Virginia, Chris Brooks of Naperville, Illinois and Brian Brown of New York City; grandchildren: Devin Alexander, Dana Holland, Chris Dowe, Jay Dowe, Chandler Brooks and Cooper Brooks; four great-grandchildren; siblings: Mary Johnson of Largo, Maryland and Evelyn Johnson of Temple Hills, Maryland; his best friend, Joe Parker of Durham, North Carolina; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving relatives and friends.
