Ella Mae Perry Whitmore entered eternal rest on Thursday, February 29, 2024. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 11, 2024, at St. Thomas AME Zion Church, 1700 Melon Street, Norfolk, VA. Viewing will be held from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. Sunday, March 10, 2024, at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, 500 Liberty Street, Chesapeake, VA.
