Ministry Description
The Employment Services Program serves as a free career resource to members of Metropolitan Baptist Church and the community. The team of experienced career specialists provide one-on-one resume reviews and interview coaching to help individuals with their job search. Job tables are hosted where current vacancies are shared with job seekers that match their skills and experience. Specialized workshops are also sponsored for the community to help job candidates to be more marketable for today’s competitive work environment. All services are provided by a dedicated team of volunteers and are open to the community.
