Dear Metropolitan Family,

It is with joy like no other that Mrs. Watson and I share the birth of our first grandchild, Ethan Evin Reece Vandiver, born on Sunday morning, March 7, 2021! Ethan weighed 6 lbs, 13 oz, and was 19.5 inches long at birth. Dr. Marcia, Rev. Kevin, and Ethan are all doing well.

The anticipation of Ethan’s arrival was exciting, but it does not compare to the joy and gratefulness we feel for this precious blessing from God. This year, we get to celebrate “Grandparents Day!”
