MBC! 2024 is a Presidential Election year and the Maryland primary is coming up on May 14. DC, your primary election is coming up on June 4, so, let’s Be Ready to Vote! Voting increases the potential for electing leaders who share our interests and Metropolitan’s Social Justice and Public Policy Ministry is hosting a voter registration drive all month long!
Ministry members will be available in C-19 after worship every Sunday in April and from 10-12 on Saturday, April 20 and 27th to assist with online and paper forms for DC, MD and VA. Whether you are a first-time voter or a seasoned voter, be sure YOUR registration is current and ENCOURAGE others to register too.
And remember every election is determined by those who show up to vote!
