Active 31 with Emerge!

Are you up for a challenge, Metropolitan? Members of all ages are invited to join the Emerge Young Adult Ministry during the month of May for “Active31”! This is a fitness challenge that will help you actively keep pace with God during the entire month of May! Participate by joining the 31-mile challenge on the Nike Run Club App.
Simply add emerge@metropolitanbaptist.org as a friend. You can also participate by posting on Instagram or Facebook every time you are active and tag mer on Instagram, or “Emerge: MBC Young Adults” on Facebook with the hashtag “#Active31withEmerge.” Emerge is also collaborating with the Health and Wellness Ministry for a joint outdoor workout on Saturday, May 11 from 9:30 – 10:30 in the Church Parking Lot.
