Compensation: $68,000 – $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package.

The Opportunity

As the Creative and Multimedia Director, you will be the chief architect of the look, sound, and feel of our services and special events. You will have the opportunity to build and mentor a team of dedicated volunteers, manage exciting creative projects from concept to completion, and ensure our message is communicated with excellence and clarity. This role is central to our mission of creating an engaging and welcoming
atmosphere for all.

What You’ll Do

• Architect Worship Experiences: Collaborate closely with the Executive Pastor and Director of Fine Arts to design and execute worship services that are theologically sound, musically rich, and visually compelling.

• Drive the Creative Vision: Lead the creative direction for all major church endeavors, including sermon series, holiday services, community outreach events, and digital campaigns.

• Lead and Develop a Talented Team: Recruit, train, empower, and manage a team of volunteers for our multimedia ministry, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and spiritual growth.

• Master the Technology: Oversee the operation and maintenance of all multimedia equipment, including audio, lighting, video systems, and presentation software (Igniter, ProPresenter, Resi) to ensure a seamless production.

• Innovate and Elevate: Stay current with trends in worship arts and multimedia technology, regularly evaluating our methods and implementing fresh ideas to continually enhance our creative output.

• A Creative Visionary: You have a strong artistic sense and a portfolio that showcases your talent in video production, graphic design, or other multimedia disciplines.

• A Tech Guru: You are highly proficient with presentation and streaming software like ProPresenter, Igniter, and Resi, and you’re comfortable managing sound, lighting, and video equipment.

• A Natural Leader: You excel at inspiring and organizing teams. You have a knack for training volunteers and bringing out the best in people.

• An Organized Project Manager: You can juggle multiple projects, manage deadlines, and pay close attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture.

• A Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team environment and possess excellent communication skills, ready to work alongside pastoral staff and ministry leaders.
