Please continue to stay safe. Recent reports suggest that the Delta variant is twice as infectious as the original COVID-19 virus and that it is responsible for 83% of new Coronavirus cases in the US. The CDC is urging fully vaccinated Americans to wear masks indoors in areas of high or substantial Coronavirus transmission. Those fully vaccinated may choose to mask regardless of the level of transmission or under certain circumstances (see https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/fully-vaccinated-guidance.html). Universal indoor masking for all teachers, staff, students and visitors inside schools regardless of vaccination status is also recommended.
