Streeeeeetch it out with EMERGE!
Metropolitan Young Adults, on February 27 at 12 noon, EMERGE will host “Soul Stretch”, an event designed to help participants take their minds off of the worries of the world and focus on an experience that will relieve their minds, bodies, and souls. This event is open to all who would like to attend. So take some time for yourself and do something dynamic and different by joining this virtual experience that will be mentally and physically enhancing.
