Health and Wellness Ministry: Formal CPR Training and Certification Class

Our Health and Wellness Ministry and the Greeters Ministry are excited to collaborate for American Heart Month to bring awareness to the importance of knowing CPR and how it can help save a life!
Heart Disease is the leading cause of death in the United States and the number 1 killer of women.
Did you know that a life is lost to Heart Disease every 34 seconds? We all can do something about this. In addition to choosing a healthy lifestyle, we can learn to administer CPR.
CPR SAVES LIVES, and Metropolitan Cares about saving lives!
A formal CPR training and certification class will be available to all members. Church Family, the formal CPR training and certification class scheduled for Saturday, April 29 has been rescheduled for June 24; and the live, hands-only CPR demonstration scheduled for Sunday, April 30, 2023 will now be held on May 7.
