Please find below the final arrangements for Rev. William Ricardo George, Sr., cousin of Ms. LaTonya Jackson and Family.

Rev. George was born on July 28, 1945 in Gainesville, FL to Tressie, Sr. and Pearl (Broome) George. He served in the US Army and retired from the Malcom Randall Veterans Administration Hospital after twenty-eight years of service. Rev. George became the beloved Pastor of Mt. Nebo United Methodist Church in Alachua, FL, where he served faithfully for twenty-two years. He was the owner of Ricardo George’s Restaurant and Store.

He leaves to mourn and cherish his everlasting memory; his daughter, Inga Gwaltney (Scott) of Gainesville, FL; brothers, Tressie George, Jr. of Gainesville, FL and Daniel George of Washington, DC; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; numerous other relatives and caring friends.
